Joe Ahme is an Information Technology practitioner and an enterpreneur based in Michigan, USA. He is the founder, President and Chief Architect at Software Labs International (www.softwarelabsinc.com). Joe has over 25 years experience in various areas of information technology.  He spent 8 years plus as an IT Architect, Project Manager and Business Area Manager at IBM Global Services. Prior to IBM, Joe worked for Shell on various international assignments, including 4 years plus as Head of Financial Systems for Brunei Shell companies in South East Asia. He also worked for Shell in Nigeria as Head of Engineering Applications Development Team as well as Team Lead for Financial and Logistics Systems. Before joining Shell, Joe had worked as a Senior IT Consultant for a Financial and Management Consulting Firm, servicing many large and medium scale companies in Nigeria including Banks, Insurance firms, and manufacturing companies. He earlier worked for about 5 years prior, as a Business Analyst and Programmer at Delta Steel Company, Aladja. 

Joe is currently engaged in managing Software Labs International and works actively in supporting the deployment of fit-for-purpose, on-time, on-budget and agile IT solutions for his Clients.
